 There are new parking restrictions in place on Cobden Street, Leicester. Parking in the marked bays along Cobden Street is now limited to a maximum of 1hr, with no returning for 2 hrs. These spaces are regularly monitored by the city traffic wardens, and the penalty for overstaying the hours is a fixed £50 fine, rising to £100 if not paid within 14 days of issue (ouch!)
