Thames Valley crc covers Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire and is the amalgamation of the previously existing probation trusts. For practical purposes the region is split into 2, North and South, with core services being provided by a central Head Office. It employs just under 350 staff and has approaching 4000 service users.
The board has 5 members, Paul Gillbard as CEO, Bob Atkins as Finance Director and Richard Wilson as Company Secretary. There are 2 non executives, Malcolm Fearn and Caroline Baines.The board is supported by the following management team:
