The regime at HMP The Mount includes full/part-time education, workshops, training courses, farms and gardens, along with a works department. The usual types of offending behaviour groups are available e.g. drug group (suppliers), drug group (users), anger management, and alcohol offending. Education is provided by Milton Keynes College.
The prison has listener groups which are a(community based project to keep juveniles out of prison, a job skills course, and prisoner driven drug free meetings
