New recycling initative

All is spoof test data

While they are in custody prisoners accumulate clothing and small electrical goods which they have bought from their prison “wages” of between £10-£15 per week. When they are released many do not want to take these items with them, and up until recently the prison was required to destroy these items.

A new initiative has been trialled at Leicester where a selection of these articles are being gifted to a number of local charity shops for onwards sale and fundraising; a win for the environment and for the charity!
