You can choose up to 3 possible dates and times. Prison booking staff will check what’s available and confirm your visit by email. As at all prison’s you will be required to supply photo ID and proof of address before being admitted to the visiting hall; obviously only visitors on the visiting order will be allowed in.

There is a maximum of three adult visitors (children of 10 years and over are classed as an adult for seating purposes). There are restrictions on what will be allowed into the prison e.g. no mobile phones, cigarettes, food & drink; and you will be searched by prison staff. There is a small visitors centre where you should be in good time before your visit so that the “formalities” can be handled.
