The catering contract for HMP Lincoln has been retained by 123 Ltd, who have been the contractor for the last 2 years. 123 Ltd operate the kitchens in 10 prisons in the UK, and will provide 5000 breakfasts, lunches and dinners weekly to over 700 inmates at Lincoln as well as servicing the staff canteen for 300 prison employees. The kitchens at HMP Lincoln employ only 4 full time staff, the majority of the preparation, cooking and serving of the meals being done by serving prisoners
