Drugs Strategy
Random mandatory drug testing is in operation at HMP Lincoln. There is CCTV in the visits area plus passive drug dogs. Counselling for addiction is currently provided by an outside agency. Voluntary drug testing is available.
Healthcare
Within HMP Lincoln a type 3 healthcare is provided by Lincolnshire Community Health Services (LCHS) as Commissioned by Lincolnshire NHS.
A comprehensive range of services are delivered including GP services, Integrated Drug Treatment Service (IDTS – from September 2009) and Mental Health Services.
