HMP Stoke Heath, General Information

Stoke Heath was built in 1964 as a category C adult prison. It is a split site establishment holding both adults and young adults. The decommissioning of young people took place in April 2011 and it was rerolled to hold category C adult males from July 2011. The prison, which is part of the West Midlands region has a capacity of 782, and is run by HMPS. The #1 governor is John Huntington
